Living with chronic pain can feel isolating, but it doesn't have to. This transformative weekend was created to help you discover new ways to understand your pain, reconnect with your body, and leave feeling genuinely hopeful about your future.

This is not about pushing through or forcing healing. It's about finding ease, possibility, and community - with support from practitioners who truly get it.

The weekend includes:

  • Gentle, mindful movement practices tailored for bodies experiencing pain

  • Breath exercises to tap into the body's natural relaxation response

  • Mindfulness-based strategies for coping with discomfort and fatigue

  • Interactive skill-building workshops with evidence-informed tools you can use at home

Meet Your Hosts

Shannon Chawla, LAc, has been practicing acupuncture for 26 years and is a provider who is dedicated to guiding others toward greater presence, balance, and ease. Combining expertise in holistic wellness and embodied mindfulness. The retreat was created to have a unique experience to help you align your mind, body, and health to reduce pain and increase well being.

Molly Knott is a certified meditation teacher and registered yoga teacher specializing in chronic pain and pelvic floor health. Blending modern pain science and the ancient wisdom of yoga, her programs offer an empowering, embodied approach to navigating the challenges of persistent pain and - most importantly - finding
