Living with chronic pain can feel isolating, but it doesn't have to. This transformative weekend was created to help you discover new ways to understand your pain, reconnect with your body, and leave feeling genuinely hopeful about your future.
This is not about pushing through or forcing healing. It's about finding ease, possibility, and community - with support from practitioners who truly get it.

Breath exercises to tap into the body's natural relaxation response
Mindfulness-based strategies for coping with discomfort and fatigue
Interactive skill-building workshops with evidence-informed tools you can use at home

The Pain Pathways Collective
You've read the books. Been to the doctor. Tried the stretches. Maybe you've even found relief the kind that shows up for a while, then quietly slips away.
Honestly, that's how pain works, and it's also part of having a body, one that has flares, sometimes manageable and often not. That's when we just try to push through as best we can. But when we do that, it changes us, and it changes our experience of life.
You know your pain intimately. Its patterns. Its triggers. The days it lets you live, and the days it doesn't. I know it can feel like your body has betrayed you at moments, and you're just trying to figure out the why and the how to shift it. Maybe you finally found a fix, but then that fear (a type of PTSD) is still present, the fear that it will return, that you may not be able to do what you want or love.
My hope is that this class will help you begin to re-pattern and repair your mind, body, and spirit into a place where hope is always present. Helping people find their home in their bodies is what I love most about this work. No matter where you are in your pain cycle or your life, this class is a place to understand and practice resilience, not by forcing or pushing, but by allowing, by surrendering from a place of strength and centeredness.
We'll discuss the basics of the physiology of pain, because having the why can help the how when it comes to change. Then we'll go a bit deeper, to the layer underneath: the nervous system patterns, the stored emotion, the identity that quietly reshapes itself around pain over time.
I hope you'll join me and discover new ways to thrive, in yourself, and in your life. That's what this collective is for.
WHAT THIS IS
The Pain Pathways Collective is a 6-week live, small-group container rooted in 30 years of clinical experience. This isn't a class you sit back and absorb. It's a guided path you walk, and you won't walk it alone.
WHAT WE'LL WALK THROUGH TOGETHER
Week 1 Understanding Your Pain Pathways. Why pain persists long after tissue has healed. You'll learn to recognize your own unique pattern and how it shows up, what feeds it, what it's asking for and the foundation that everything else is built upon .
Week 2 Nervous System Regulation. Practical, embodied tools to shift out of alarm and into safety. Exercises that truly help shift your response to pain and to fear and stress and anxiety.
Week 3 Movement as Medicine. Gentle, pain-informed movement that rebuilds trust with your body, rather than triggering fear of re-injury.
Week 4 The Emotional Layer. Where stored emotion actually lives in the body, and how to work with it instead of around it.
Week 5 Building Your Personal Protocol. You'll leave this week with a written, individualized daily practice — built for your body, your pain, your life.
Week 6 Integration & Sustaining Change. How to carry this forward. What comes next. A closing ritual to mark what's shifted.
