The Pain Pathways Collective
You've Been Managing Your Pain. It's Time to Change Your Relationship With It.
A 6-week guided container for people ready to move from surviving chronic pain to understanding it, working with it, and reclaiming their life around it.
EVENT DETAILS
Commencing: Wednesday September 23
Time: 12-1:15pm PST
Location: Online / Virtual
…
You've read the books. Tried the stretches. Maybe you've even had some relief that didn't stick.
You know your pain intimately — its patterns, its triggers, the days it lets you live and the days it doesn't. What you haven't had is a guide who understands both the physiology of chronic pain and the deeper layer underneath it — the nervous system patterns, the stored emotion, the identity that quietly reshapes itself around pain over time. That's what this collective is for.
WHAT THIS IS
The Pain Pathways Collective is a 6-week live, small-group container rooted in 30 years of clinical experience — grounded in the science of pain and its biological, psychological, and social dimensions, alongside the deeper layer underneath it all: nervous system patterns, stored emotion, and the identity that quietly reshapes itself around pain over time.
This isn't a class. It's a guided path.
WHAT WE’LL WALK THROUGH TOGETHER
Week 1 — Understanding Your Pain Pathways: Why pain persists long after tissue has healed. You'll learn to recognize your own unique pain pattern — how it shows up, what feeds it, and what it's asking for — as the foundation for everything that follows.
Week 2 — Nervous System Regulation: Practical tools to shift your body out of alarm and into safety — the foundation everything else builds on.
Week 3 — Movement as Medicine: Gentle, pain-informed movement that rebuilds trust with your body instead of triggering fear of re-injury.
Week 4 — The Emotional Layer: Where stored emotion lives in the body, and how to work with it rather than around it.
Week 5 — Building Your Personal Protocol: You'll leave this week with a written, individualized daily practice — built for your body, your pain, your life.
Week 6 — Integration & Sustaining Change: How to carry this forward. What comes next. A closing ritual to mark what's shifted.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
6 live 75-minute sessions, Wednesdays 12:00–1:15pm PST (small group, so you're seen — not lost in a crowd)
Full access to the accompanying course, which we'll move through together module by module, covering the science of pain and its biological, psychological, and social dimensions
A short worksheet or protocol after each session
A brief guided practice recording tied to each week's theme
Private Voxer group thread for support and accountability between calls
Recordings of every session if you can't attend live
A personalized closing protocol document to keep and return to
This collective is intentionally small. Limited places available for this founding cohort.
Many participants use HSA/FSA funds toward this program, as it is guided by a licensed acupuncturist. Eligibility depends on your individual plan — check with your HSA/FSA administrator before enrolling if this matters to your decision.
