This mentorship was designed to help you understand and shift your experience of chronic pain by working at the root of your nervous system, patterns, and relationship with your body.

Through a blend of science, somatic work, and mind-body practices, you’ll learn how to:

  • Shift fear, tension, and protective responses in the body

  • Build simple, supportive daily practices that create real change

A guided session focused on slowing down, listening inward, and working directly with the body through somatic and presencing practices.

  • Presencing work to increase awareness and connection

  • Gentle guidance to notice and release patterns of tension or holding

  • Support in building a deeper sense of safety and trust in your body

 Ideal for those wanting to go deeper into body awareness and integrate the work on a more experiential level
