When you work with me, you’re held in a space that brings together clinical support in health and wellness, along with years of experience in meditation and presencing work which are practices that gently support your nervous system and help you come back into balance over time.
Together, we will explore the full picture of your health and well being by looking at how your nervous system responds to stress and any patterns that may have developed over time in your lived experience. We will look at the physical body - inflammation, nutrition, guidance on how to feel the most healthy you can be, so you can begin to feel more at ease, more connected, and more supported within yourself.
This work is important because your body isn’t broken, it’s responding, adapting, and doing its best to protect you.
And when you learn how to meet your body with awareness and the right kind of support, healing can begin to unfold in a more natural and lasting way.

Support in building a deeper sense of safety and trust in your body
