I’ve worked with kids and teens in my clinic for over 20 years and have great success in helping them find balance and strength in all they do.
Why Coaching? It’s simple…taking 30-60 minutes of your week to focus on ways to better yourself will help in the present moment and in years to come.
I wish I’d had a coach guiding me towards better life choices when I was a teenager. I was grateful for my parents but often preferred not to have their opinion on certain things and sometimes, didn’t even know what to ask for.
Going through the teenage years can feel like a sandstorm—sometimes you can see the horizon clearly and other times, you are swept up in the emotion and confusion of a changing brain and body.
I offer SIMPLE yet powerful ways to help get you grounded. This comes through easy activities and exercises along with ONE-ON-ONE COACHING to understand what you as an INDIVIDUAL are going through to find support and balance in your life.
My style is a flow between easy and playful and concrete suggestions about health and wellness that include diet and lifestyle, sharing PRACTICAL and ATTAINABLE skills.
Supporting EMOTIONAL health is of greatest importance to me and I have many ways to help you manage and navigate what you are feeling. Just like reading a book, learning skills to have a more balanced life is included.
My goal is to help you as an individual become EMPOWERED.
With the intention of bringing HOPE and INSPIRATION and FLOW.
